Having spent years developing ways to reduce my triggers and live my best life with RADS (Reactive Airways Dysfunction Syndrome) and being an advocate and consulting with hundreds of people around the world with breathing issues, I was asked over and over for helpful information. So, I decided to put my strategies and methods in one book, "A Helpful Guide to Reducing Triggers for RADS (Reactive Airways Dysfunction Syndrome) and Other Breathing Issues" (Volume 1).
While it's about my personal journey after being injured, I also have over 100 sub-chapters in A - Z to allow you, the reader to go straight to an area of interest. I explain in detail how I created a Safe Room and I share the unique strategies I created for dealing with my panic attacks and breathing issues and how I successfully reduce triggers.
This is what the Doctors have had to say about my book:-
"An Extremely Valuable and Informative Guide Offering Many Practical Solutions to Assist You in Navigating Your Way to Better Health by Managing and Reducing Triggers Associated with Those Living with RADS and Other Breathing Issues." Dr Atheel Badir GP
"... others that are or about to experience RADS will be guided in a meaningful and productive way. Hopefully bypassing some of the traumas that Taryn herself has had to face.." Dr Katrina Malin PhD Psychologist

"Taryn Bock’s book “A Helpful Guide to Reducing Triggers for RADS (Reactive Airways Dysfunction Syndrome) and Other Breathing Issues” is the Go-To Manual for Everyone who is living with RADS! Through her personal RADS journey, experiences, and tried and true methods to help mitigate exposures, triggers and potentially life-threatening reactions, she has brought a wealth of knowledge to help others navigate their lives. Taryn’s singular determination to provide tremendously insightful and urgently needed information to the world is, simply stated, a GIFT of HOPE to the sufferers of RADS! Thank you Taryn!!!" Sonja De Ryke, Fresno, California, USA
"Dear Taryn, I wanted to let you know that until I read your book, I was unaware of just how many products in my home can impact on my health. My partner and I are now living a much cleaner lifestyle and my new Air Detective skills work really well." Gail, Victoria, Australia
"I just finished reading Taryn’s book and it was excellent! There are many solutions to avoiding triggers and how to live carefully but to the fullest. This will be extremely helpful to newly diagnosed RADS or Occupational Asthma patients. Thank you Taryn for all your efforts in helping others." Laurie Ann, California USA
"Hi Taryn, I purchased your book initially because my grandson has asthma, so I wanted to find ways to help reduce things in my home that might trigger him, for when he visits. I was blown away with the amount of information in your book, which helped me to achieve this and so much more. Thank you!" Karyn, Victoria, Australia
"Finally, a practical guide and ingenious way to relieve anxiety when faced with breathing issues. Thank you!" Lisa, Victoria, Australia
